'Scan Options' control how and when SAM Intercept scans files, folders, or volumes.
'Set Hot Keys' lets you define special key combinations, called hot keys, which cause a preselected folder, volume, or removable to be scanned. You can also define a hot key that lets you select and scan a file, folder, or volume while working.
'Floppy Scan' lets you decide when floppy disks and removable volumes are scanned.
'Shutdown Scan' determines what SAM Intercept scans during a shutdown: the System Folder, System Volume, All Local Volumes, or nothing.
'Startup Scan' determines whether SAM Intercept scans your System Folder, System Volume, or nothing at every system startup.
'Scan Now' displays a pop-up menu that shows all currently mounted, local volumes. Choose a volume from the menu to scan that volume from the SAM Intercept control panel.
Click Cancel to clear any changes you made during this session in the Scan Options dialog box.
Click Save to record all changes made in the Scan Options.
